Can you spot yourself in the photo above? Were you involved in the original 1994 build of the All World Super Play Park? Want to relive some memories? Want to find out about the new play park? Want to contribute? Want free food …
If you answered “yes” to any of the above then head on down to the Riverview Lions Club tonight (Sun Nov 19) for our VIP Night from 7pm – 8pm.
The Frank L. Bowser Playground Project is now one year in to their endeavor to replace the aging All World Super Play Park. After much consultation with the children, parents, and community we have used their input to narrow down the selection of a builder to two candidates. Both companies are committed to our vision of keeping the same look and feel as the current play park and incorporating elements of accessibility and inclusiveness. This is a very exciting time!
Please join us on Sunday November 19th for our family friendly VIP Night at the Riverview Lions Club (7:00pm-8:00pm) where we will do a presentation on the vision we have, the progress we have made, and our fundraising efforts.
This is a great opportunity to speak with members of our committee and share stories from the original build back in 1994. We will have photo albums, slide shows, and memories to share from the community effort nearly 25 years ago. Come relive the memories.
Snacks will be provided and alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.
To cap off the event we will be drawing a ticket for our Chase the Ace with a minimum jackpot of $5,000 !!!
We hope to see you all there 🙂
